Makati (Philippines) (82 km E from epicenter)(no details): Well, I was the only one who hid under the table and wanted to go out of the building after the earthquake, afraid of after shocks that I'm at the last floor (top most floor) of the building (Chatham House in Makati). When I went out of the building after around 20 minutes, looks like nothing happened. No Drills. No people outside (no other 3rd shift workers from nearby buildings), just like normal time everyday when at work. Even the Guard in our building does not seem worried or frightened. I was shocked with their reactions, no plans if there might be after shocks, and laughing not thinking their life was in danger too, minutes ago. :( (via EMSC)
Quezon City / MMI III (Weak shaking): Felt it at 3:33am local time while staying up late. Bed was shaking and objects in the room were rattling.
