Managua, Nicaragua / MMI V (Moderate shaking): I was inside a cafe when first it sounded like a train our heavy truck coming. Then three quake started and got stronger with time. After 12 shakes the max was reached and 18 shakes and 30sec the quake was over. Inside the kitchen you could hear the pottery rampling.

telica / MMI VIII (Severe shaking): i felt it. i lm visiting my parents and we live in telica and it was pretty damn strong. i was laying in bed and it was hard for me to get up
Dolores, Nicaragua; Carazo Region / MMI IV (Light shaking): Heard what we thought was a short duration loud thunder clap. We were standing next to our truck and noticed is shaking then looked around and saw a light pole, other vehicles and rebar sticking out of unfinished construction swaying noticably.
Managua, Nicaragua / MMI V (Moderate shaking): It shook quite a bit. First of all it started with a slight tremor and then built in intensity. People were getting out of their houses!
