chandigarh / MMI II (Very weak shaking): I m staying in hostel, 4th floor, the top floor. i was playing video game by lying on the bed. suddenly i felt tremor for 3 seconds. i was scared and ran out of my hostel. That was really scary.

Kabul (Afghanistan) (200 km SW from epicenter): Wow!!! I felt the movement, it took a few seconds just to actually confirm in my own mind what was happening. The movement was a gentle vibration that was significant enough to make my tv wobble on its stand and for me to send an email to my girlfriend to say that there was an earthquake happening as I typed!. it lasted for 10-12 seconds (estimated) slightly stronger at first then easing in movement. your website was brilliantly fast at confirming my conclusion of an earthquake... thankyou!
