Tour character

Generally, all of our tours include walking or trekking, in addition to other activities, ranging from snow-scooter riding on glaciers to sailing on Hawaiian double hull canoos. Most tours have an educational element as well, since from our well-trained guides you will always learn a lot about the destinations' nature and unique culture. The destinction between the different tour characters is rather fluid and only an indicator.

Volcanic areas are among the most interesting and beautiful areas of the planet. We offer you a range of walking and/or study tours, where our focus is not (or at least not in the first place) on volcano watching, but on volcanic features, geology, minerals, or more generally nature, culture and history. On most tours, there is a natural mix of these elements.
