The lava flow that started on 13 October 2006 (see photos on www.decadevolcano.net) had largely crusted over by early Nov., but there was a beautiful skylight near the vent that underwent considerable changes during our visit in the first week of November, including a wonderful display of spattering on the afternoon of 8 Nov.
