    How dangerous is staying at this summer in north Crete beaches? How big is possibility of tsunami, if eruption of volcano in Santorini would happen? Is there some alarm system for citizens and tourists?

At the moment (end of Jan 2012), there are some signs that the volcano of Santorini could wake up in a near to medium future (months to years). Predicting WHEN exactly there will be a new eruption is impossible - volcanoes are and will always be unpredictable.
It is quite certain, though, that the volcano will erupt in the future again, because it is an active volcano and far from extinct.
