VolcanoDiscovery soutient le fond International de surveillance des Volcans (IVM-Fund) dans sa récente campagne pour aider à acheter des équipements de surveillance Volcaniques pour les volcanologues au Guatemala : Comment faire une donation de 10 $ pour les équipes de contrôle des volcans sous-équipées au Guatemala ? Pour chaque voyage réservé à partir de ce moment-là et jusqu'à la fin de 2010, VolcanoDiscovery fera don de 10USD au projet du Guatemala. L'IVM-Fund a été fondé par le Docteur Jeff Witter et est exempts des taxes -impôts 501(c) (3) l'organisation à but non lucratif qui a été incorporée dans l'état de Washington (USA) le 31 décembre 2007.
