Volcano
Ililabalekan is a steep stratovolcano on a prominent peninsula in SW Lembata (formerly Lomblen) Island. There are no known historic eruptions, but active fumaroles occure near the summit. Ililabalekan volcano has a flank cone on the SE flank and 4 summit craters, one of which contains a lava dome and two small explosion pits.
