How do I make a booking?

You can make a booking simply by letting us know - through email, via our booking inquiry forms, fax, telephone or other means - that you want to book a space on a tour. We will then reconfirm your booking and send you an invoice as well as other documents if applicable.

To finish your booking you will need to send us a deposit as specified in the invoice. If we do not receive the deposit from you in due time your booking is automatically cancelled.

What forms of payment do you accept?

At the moment, we are accept the following forms of payment:

Bank wire (preferred); using IBAN / BIC (SWIFT) codes provides a fast and reliable way to transfer money, and within the EU countries, it is free of charge and fast.
Credit card: we are now able to accept major credit card payments as well, but in order to cover the relatively high charges, we ask for a 3% surcharge if you want to pay with a credit card.
Cash on location: in some cases we can accept payments in cash, but this must be approved by us on beforehand.
Direct money transfers (e.g. Western Union): as with cash payments, we do accept this only after approval from our side.
We do NO LONGER accept PayPal because we have strong reasons to suspect deliberate fraud by PayPal - learn why.

Is my money safe?

All money you send us as deposit or tour payments is fully insured by our insolvency insurance in accordance to legal requirements for tour operators in Germany.

Should you need to cancel a tour or should we need to cancel it, we will refund you your money immediately according to our cancellation policy.
