Activity has remained relatively low. Only few explosions were observed during yesterday, generating fine ash plumes rising up to about 800 m.

Activity remains unchanged. Infrequent weak to moderate strombolian explosions (about 5-10 per day) generate ash plumes up to 1 km above the crater, causing small avalanches and light ash fall in nearby areas. [mehr]

During 31 Mar - yesterday, the observatory reported 12 small to moderate explosions with ash plumes rising up to 1100 m above the crater, accompanied by shock waves felt in up to 15 km and plenty of incandescent bombs ejected to all over the summit cone.
