Kilauea volcano activity 11-17 Sep 2016: photos
Our recent expedition to Kilauea in mid Sep 2016 coincided with exceptionally high levels of volcanic activity as the period was dominated by inflation at the summit, bringing the lava lake into view from the lookout, and high effusion rates at the lava ocean entry of Kamokuna.
