Lava fountains have been picking up within the cone and triggered a lava overflow to feed the lava flowing away from the vent down the slope.
The fountaining activity slowed down this morning at around 05:00 local time and caused solidifying of the overflow as magma supply weakened a bit (attached image).
The ground deformation measurements continue to detect slight deflation at shallow magma chamber level (2-2,5 km) reflecting magma intrusion and migration within the volcano edifice.
The volcanic tremor continues at fluctuating levels. The seismic station detected one volcano-tectonic quake with a magnitude lower than 0.5 over the past 24 hours.
