OVSICORI-UNA report that no ash emissions was detected from the volcano. Seismicity is of a stable amount. Carbon dioxide/Sulfur dioxide (CO 2 / SO 2) and Hydrogen sulfide/Sulfur dioxide (H 2 S / SO 2) ratios remain within a normal range. Sulfur dioxide emissions was measured at an average of 100 tonnes/day. Crater depth was measured at 140 m, compared to 220 m in 2019. This shallowing of the crater is due to “frequent collapses of the internal walls.” [mehr]
