Manam (Papua New Guinea): Smaller ash emissions from the volcano have been observed during the past days. Yesterday, an ash plume at estimated 9,000 ft (2.7 km) altitude drifted 40 km NW (VAAC Darwin).

Raung (East Java): Intense ash emissions and northwesterly winds have repeatedly forced to close Bali's Denpasar International Airport (DPS) during the past days, resulting in many flight cancellations.
The ash plume, drifting at approx. 5 km altitude, extended over 500 km SE this morning.

Colima (Western Mexico): Explosive activity has resumed at the volcano since early August.
After the collapse of the lava dome on 11 July, activity had been almost exclusively effusive and produced a new lava flow on the southern flank. This activity gradually ceased in late July, to be now replaced by the arrival of probably fresher and more gas-rich magma, hence more capable to produce explosions from the summit crater.
The exclusion zone of 8 km radius around the volcano remains in place. It is extended to 12 km in the area of the Monte Grande valley to the south.
