Just 6 minutes ago, a 4.2-magnitude earthquake struck near Praya, Lombok Island, West Nusa Tenggara, Indonesia. The tremor was recorded early evening on Friday 4 December 2020 at 7.29 pm local time, at a moderately shallow depth of 30 km below the surface.

The event was filed by Indonesia's Meteorology, Climatology, and Geophysical Agency (BMKG), the first seismological agency to report it.
