Small magnitude 3.3 quake hits 25 km northwest of Liezen, Austria in the morning

The German Research Centre for Geosciences (GFZ) reported a magnitude 3.3 quake in Austria near Liezen, Styria, only 11 minutes ago. The earthquake hit in the morning on Monday 3 May 2021 at 7:55 am local time at a shallow depth of 10 km. The exact magnitude, epicenter, and depth of the quake might be revised within the next few hours or minutes as seismologists review data and refine their calculations, or as other agencies issue their report.
Based on the preliminary seismic data, the quake should not have caused any significant damage, but was probably felt by many people as light vibration in the area of the epicenter.
Weak shaking might have been felt in Gössl (pop. 340) located 1 km from the epicenter.
