Small tremor of magnitude 3.0 just reported 37 miles northwest of Chase, Alaska, United States

An earthquake of magnitude 3.0 occurred late at night on Sunday 13 June 2021 at 11:10 pm local time near Chase, Matanuska-Susitna, Alaska, USA, as reported by the United States Geological Survey.
According to preliminary data, the quake was located at an intermediate depth of 54 miles. The exact magnitude, epicenter, and depth of the quake might be revised within the next few hours or minutes as seismologists review data and refine their calculations, or as other agencies issue their report.
Our monitoring service identified a second report from the European-Mediterranean Seismological Centre (EMSC) which listed the quake at magnitude 3.0 as well.
According to preliminary calculations, we do not expect that the quake was felt by many people and did not cause any damage. In Chase (pop. 34, 37 miles away), the quake was probably not felt.
