Panama City (Balboa), Panama (386 km NNW from epicenter) [Map] / MMI III (Weak shaking): Felt initial p-wave arrival (MMII Very weak) followed about 20 seconds later by the s-wave (MMIII weak). I was on the second floor of a 2 story building. Felt like very long wavelength (distant source). I am a geologist and have felt many earthquakes - this one reminded me a bit of Loma Prieta (1989), which I felt at an epicentral distance of about 150 miles.
Cali Colombia / MMI IV (Light shaking)
Bogotá - Colombia (473.8 km ESE from epicenter) [Map] / MMI V (Moderate shaking): At the earthquake moment I didn't feel anything but later I felt a little bit dizzy, then I looked up the lamps and they were moving, so I realized there were an earthquake
