Panama City (Balboa), Panama (386 km NNW of epicenter) [Map] / Weak shaking (MMI III) : Felt initial p-wave arrival (MMII Very weak) followed about 20 seconds later by the s-wave (MMIII weak). I was on the second floor of a 2 story building. Felt like very long wavelength (distant source). I am a geologist and have felt many earthquakes - this one reminded me a bit of Loma Prieta (1989), which I felt at an epicentral distance of about 150 miles.
