Miraflores Lima Peru (233.8 km NNW of epicenter) [Map] / Very weak shaking (MMI II) : Woken up in the middle of the night by my bed shaking side to side. Staying on the 12th floor.  
Miraflores, Lima (232.3 km NNW of epicenter) [Map] / Weak shaking (MMI III) : On vacation in Miraflores, on the 16th floor, if not for rattling glasses probably would have slept through it.  
villa el Salvador / Severe shaking (MMI VIII) : It woke me from sleep. I was almost alarmed enough to get out of bed, because I was in a bottom bunk, but the shaking was not quite so severe as to worry me that the bed would collapse. No one else in the house was alarmed.

Miraflores (Peru, 229 km NW of epicenter) : It woke me up. Felt strong in Lima from the 11th floor. (reported through EMSC)  
Pisco (Peru, 51 km N of epicenter) : Vibration felt in the roomwe had woken up when there is an earthquake and sway with clear lights. (reported through EMSC)
