"I felt it" reports:
Mahboula / MMI III (Weak shaking): Was awakened between 8am and 9am, saw dresser and closet doors trembling, bed vibrated slightly.
salmiyah / MMI III (Weak shaking): At 18:10 GMT 21:10 Kuwait Time,my bed was shaking underneath me and the TV outside was shaking as per my brother outside in the living room.
mohboulla,kuwait / MMI IX (Violent shaking): I eXperienced my bed shakes front and back at 9.15pm at kuwait,mohboulla area.

ispahan / MMI II (Very weak shaking): one littke shaking of the bed. i waited znother one to wake up my husband but it was not coming. kind regards
salmiya / MMI IX (Violent shaking): I felt earthquake 8.29 am in salmiyas
Salmiya (379.8 km S from epicenter) [Map] / MMI III (Weak shaking): Around 5.35 am: Sitting in my bed, felt my entire body swaying. It took a couple of seconds, about 10 - 20.
Kuwait City / MMI IV (Light shaking): 14th floor of Tameer Complex. Woke up at 5.34am feeling confused. Head felt like it was spinning but then realised it was the building moving. Stopped after 30 seconds.
Salmiya, Kuwait (385.4 km S from epicenter) [Map] / MMI IV (Light shaking): Bed shaking. I woke. Wife did not. Thought there may have been a bomb.
salmiya, kuwait / MMI IV (Light shaking): My bed was shaking and it felt like my mattress was rocking back and forth. 5th floor of a 10 story building. My bedroom door was shut but came open and kind of swung back and forth. Lasted about a half a minute.
hawally, 3rd floor apartment / MMI IX (Violent shaking): I was laying in bed looking through my mobile when I felt a sudden shaking, and when I looked around I noticed the chandler and hanging clothes swinging. It lasted about 30 second which seemed too long since I'm not used to earthquakes in Kuwaiti . Engineers should definitely start using building codes for earthquakes in Kuwait.
Abraq khaitan,kuwait. / MMI V (Moderate shaking): yes it was very strong and it came like twice. 1st one was for like 10sec and them after 5sec again my bed start shaking for 3sec. but the 1st one scared me alot.
Salmiya, Kuwait at 5.35 am (393 km S from epicenter) [Map] / not felt: I felt the shaking and seen the clothes in the hangers were also shaking at 5.35 am local time at Kuwait( Salmiya).
kuwait / MMI IV (Light shaking): We were sleeping when the bed started shaking...chandeliers started dangling...it went on for about more than a minute.

Ahwaz, khuzestan / MMI VI (Strong shaking): It was about 7 AM. I was checking my e.mails when I felt the sofa was shaking, I got scared and ran to my bedroom, where my husband was sleeping. He woke up, I told him about it, and found out my bed shaking. IT Lasted for some seconds, more than 10 I think.
Ahwaz, khuzestan / MMI VI (Strong shaking): It was about 7 AM. I was checking my e.mails when I felt the sofa was shaking, I got scared and ran to my bedroom, where my husband was sleeping. He woke up, I told him about it, and found out my bed shaking. IT Lasted for some seconds, more than 10 I think.
Kuwait / MMI III (Weak shaking): Felt an earthquake in khaitan kuwait while I was going to sleep
Baghdad - U.S. Embassy / MMI III (Weak shaking): Sitting in easy chair when a gentle motion commenced and lasted for 20+ seconds. Slight movement of a cord hanging over a table top was the only visible sign of the earthquake.
Hawally (Kuwait) (367 km S from epicenter)(no details): It woke me from a very deep sleep due to the rocking of my bed and wardrobe. I only had a moment to look around and think "oh, it is an earthquake" before the motion stopped. I felt it at about 5.40am. (via EMSC)
