Swindon / Strong shaking (MMI VI) : Woken up by bed shaking from side to side and cupboard doors banging opening and closing. Was on holiday

chania crete (10275.2 km NNW of epicenter) [Map] / Moderate shaking (MMI V) : definitely felt this quake in our "boutique" hotel with a staircase like a winding road to the third floor. I think everyone got out of the hotel barely dressed!  
Nafplion Greece (126.9 km NW of epicenter) [Map] / Moderate shaking (MMI V) : More of a strong jolt than shaking. Woke two of us up, but very short duration. Felt as if something had fallen on te roof.

Agia Marina Chania / Light shaking (MMI IV) : My partner woke up alarmed and woke me up. We both jumped out of bed and stood by the bearing wall of our hotel room.  
Tolo, Greece (119 km NW of epicenter) [Map] / Light shaking (MMI IV) : We're about 120Km from the quake and it woke us up by rattling the plates on the bedroom wall at 0645 local time. At about 1730 on the beach we also had a series of small waves (gives a wave speed of about 11km/h.  
Mriehel, Birkirkara (833.3 km W of epicenter) [Map] / Very weak shaking (MMI II) : It was about 5.40am on Fri. 29th August 2014 when I was woken up in my 2nd floor flat by a tremor which shook my bed vigorously.The tremor lasted about 10/15 secs. Quite surprised to experience this in Malta as well as noting later that the epicentre was

paleochora, Crete (159.4 km S of epicenter) [Map] / Light shaking (MMI IV) : Windows rattled, persons sleeping were obviously shaken, felt ground moving

agii Apostoli Chania / Strong shaking (MMI VI) : Quite alarming it shook us awake the doors and windows rattling and the light fitting swinging. Our beds were really shaking.   
Chania / Strong shaking (MMI VI) : i woke up and then i thought my leg was shaking .. after 5 seconds i understood in was an eartquake and it was really scary. The whole bed was moving..  
Perivolos santorini / Weak shaking (MMI III) : In bed 7-8am . This shake woke me up. Low level rumbling like train passing under a building
