torihama, Kanazwa-ku, Yokohama (247.3 km SW from epicenter) [Map] / MMI V (Moderate shaking)
Tokio / MMI V (Moderate shaking): I woke up because my bed was shaking.35th floor of the hotel.
Koto (Japan) (247 km SW from epicenter)(no details): From the 10th floor of the IBM Toyosu Office Building in Tokyo, I judge the frequency of swaying was about 2 Hz, or two sway cycles per second. (via EMSC)
