Then it seem like it was a rolling , shaking, with noise earthquake that lasted the time it took me to grab my sleeping grandchild and come down to the first level. Was heading towards door when it quit shaking. Hanging lantern was swaying slightly for a few minutes afterwards. Stopped it from swaying at one point and it started slightly swaying again. I've been here for almost a year, and have felt around 6 quakes to date. Considering moving back to lower 48...no sense in living in fear.

We all ran quickly from house in pajamas and stood outside in cold for about 15 minutes in fear of aftershock. No aftershock felt in the first hour, yet. Children very scared! Water sloshed half way out of fish tank all over dresser! Quite scary

Chandeliers swinging wildly and a few items fell off of the banging book cases. The intensity of the shaking subsided after about 30 seconds but the wavy wiggling lasted for more than a minute.

I stayed in bed and held on as the whole house swayed and shudders. Items and walls on the counter rattled and wall hangings seriously shifted.
