I was sitting but I realized the three lights that hung on the ceiling right above me began to swing strongly. there was a light tapping noise on the window but I didn't think much of it and the large mirror to my right swayed noticeably, but again, I didn't think much of it since there is sometimes strange tapping on the windows and the mirror usually moved with any type of movement, but because I was still a bit paranoid, I walked to my largest window and placed both my hands on it, looking out of it to see if anyone had reacted to it. When i noticed nobody did, i sincerely thought I had gone crazy but I didnt move. After a good 10-20 seconds, there was another shake, much stronger and much more noticeable now that I had my body resting on a wall. It was then when I alerted my family that there was a tremor and that we should get moving. My parents were asleep and they didn't react until I yelled, so I don't think anyone that was asleep noticed it unless they had recently laid down. My sister also felt it, since she had her phone held up to record a game scene on her TV to send to her friends, and she told me and my parents that she started to sway back and forth when she was recording. Me and my sister are the only people who had noticed the tremor since I had gone out of my house and looked at the elevators (I wasn't going to go in there. I already know the drill) since my last tremor experience had people storming in there. (reported through EMSC)

This is the third I have noticed lately here. Before the big one in Anchorage over 50 years ago we got frequent small ones like the one today, which we took with stride. However, now I'm not taking these past few with stride. They feel like something bigger is coming down in the near future. I get the same feelings I got way back then when I was 12 years old now. The corner of the house shook enough for me to think it would give in today. This quake was only less than a minute, the one in Anchorage about five minutes. But seems the quakes are getting longer in duration. Bad sign. (reported through EMSC)
