Wolvega, Netherland / not felt : I have not felt the quake. But I have friends and family in these area on Negros and Cebu. I hope and praying that they are ok. I will praying for other Philippians there to as well. God bless you all there.

Kuala Lumpur (2727.6 km WSW of epicenter) [Map] / Light shaking (MMI IV) : Yes can feel it very scary! (reported through our app)

Tacloban city brgy 93 (23.2 km NE of epicenter) [Map] / Light shaking (MMI IV) : While in the car in parking conditions. The car balancing during a few seconds before another small lighter shaking. (reported through our app)  
Cebu City (132.2 km SW of epicenter) [Map] / Moderate shaking (MMI V) : At first, the shaking last for about 10-15secs. I felt light to moderate shaking. Then, it stop for about 5secs. and it was followed with another shaking that lasts for 10secs.approximately. I was in the 11th floor of one of the building near Ayala Mall in Cebu City during the incident happened and people inside the building evacuated in the open area and parking lots.

Kabankalan (Philippines, 251 km SW of epicenter) : The swaying was mild but enough to make me look up this website to find the earthquake. May God help Leyte. (reported through EMSC)  
Cebu City (Philippines, 133 km SW of epicenter) : This is one of the largest Condo's in the center of Cebu City and the building swayed very much. I was scared. I was in the 1995 Northridge Earthquake in Los Angeles and that did not scare me as much...the building really swayed more this time. It doesn't appear to have created much problem as I don't hear sirens in the city, and I didn't notice anyone evacuating...maybe just the taller buildings swayed and closer to the ground it was less a big deal...one friend on the ground did not notice it.
