I am in Spokane, WA (USA) / MMI III (Weak shaking): Two of the 5 people who live in our 5 story brick building felt the earthquake in Mexico. One of us was in the basement, and the other was on the first floor. Both of us felt and slightly "heard" the quake and were looking around to see if anything was visibly moving. In the basement location there wasn't anything to register movement in the room (nothing hanging from the ceiling, etc.) but on the 1st floor the person felt vibration in the wood doors and jambs.
