Kolkata, West Bengal, India / Light shaking (MMI IV) : I was lying on my bed. And, suddenly it was shaking noticeably for 10-15 seconds approximately. First, I was unable to understand what is happening. But, later realized it was earthquake as I have similar past experience. I searched for news over the internet but was unable to find any. Few resource delivered the news, but I found nothing about Kolkata till now.

Darwin, NT, Australia / Very weak shaking (MMI II) : I felt the chair I was sitting on move slightly, kind of like when someone walks past and bumps it.

Darwin (713 km SSE of epicenter) [Map] / Light shaking (MMI IV) : Thought one of my kids was bouncing around our elevated house.
