Namburu, Port Vila, Efate (28.3 km E of epicenter) [Map] / Strong shaking (MMI VI) : I was watching the world cup highlights lying down when suddenly everything started shaking and items falling from the shelves. It continued for sometime before causing any major damages. Thank you lord.

Port Vila, at Erakor Bridge. (30.1 km E of epicenter) [Map] / Strong shaking (MMI VI) : Just completing last of 5 earthquake and cyclone resistant domes, they shook and no damage. All the workers cheered. proof of concept. We decided it was like the crash testing of a new model car. We celebrated with drinks after work

Ellouk Plateau / Strong shaking (MMI VI) : Havent felt one thaat strong for a while. I work up on the hill overlooking Port Vila and the whole building shook quite badly. This one lasted perhaps 5mns.

Port Vila Erator / Strong shaking (MMI VI) : It was worrying we are on holiday in Aquana Beach Resort Port Vila and we were in our room with our 4 year old we just fell to the floor and stayed there. I think we were most concerned about whether there would be a tsunami after or not

Water in pool became rough and waves in pool flowing out. Animals scared and loud noises around house while shaking.
