Taipei, on the 7th floor of a building / Light shaking (MMI IV) : I was in my room on the 7th floor of a building in central Taipei, when the building started to shake rolling fashion similar to the gentle rocking of waves against a small boat. The rocking started quickly, persisted 20-30 seconds, and dissipated slowly.
