Vero Beach Florida (6137.2 km WNW of epicenter) [Map] / Light shaking (MMI IV) / rattling, vibrating / 20-30 s : Rattling and shaking lasted 20-30 seconds. At first I thought it was a sound effect of surround sound but turned off tv and it was still going. Went outside and it was still going. Went back inside. Vero Beach Florida (6139.7 km WNW of epicenter) [Map] / Light shaking (MMI IV) / 20-30 s : Light shaking inside, enough so that I went outside and could feel it too. Seemed to fade after 20-30 seconds and then had a 10 second shudder at the end where the building shook. Seemed more external though - nothing fell inside the building. | 2 users found this interesting.
