Stokes valley, Lower Hutt (570.9 km SW of epicenter) [Map] / Light shaking (MMI IV) / complex rolling (tilting in multiple directions) : Had awoken 1 minute earlier than quake to go toilet, came back to bed then it started, really loud and long strong ground movements. • There was also a 7.4 and 8.1 located near the 7.1 quake. The 8.1 was at a depth of only 20km and put new Zealand on tsunami watch for all coastlines. Since that quake around 2am, we've had another 23 follow it
