Salmās (Iran, 176 km W of epicenter) : After being warned about the earthquake prior to this one through family (I was slept then), while standing I felt shaking. it didn't alarm nor frighten me. I knew its center was far from where I live because I found its shaking in a gradual term. (reported through EMSC)
Tabriz (Iran, 60 km SW of epicenter) : AS a structural engineer, it is very interesting for me that every body paniked otside and telecommunication system and GSM system were out of order!! (reported through EMSC)
