Davao City (Philippines) (27 km W from epicenter)(no details): It felt much bigger than a 4.6 due to its close proximity and shallow debth. Its the first quake that had my heavy wrought iron gates rattling and most dogs started barking, I could hear it approaching quickly like hail rattling iron clad roofs in the distance but it was anything such as gates that was rattling, then suddenly my gates started to rattle and the lawn I was standing on began to move back and forth. It was of a short duration of about 30 seconds. I am surprised that 3 aftershocks that had my light fittings swaying has not been registered on your site, one in particular was stronger in feeling than the initial tremor this morning (via EMSC)
Davao City (Philippines) (18 km W from epicenter)(no details): I was under the shower in the second floor when the house started to rattle. The sound was like as if a heavy truck was passing by. The swaying and sound was pretty scarry. It took maybe 3 to 5 seconds. 2 Minutes later the hanging lamps in my staircase were still swinging. (via EMSC)
(9.5 km NNE from epicenter) / MMI VI (Strong shaking)
Davoa / MMI V (Moderate shaking): I waked up from the shaking.. It took 4 minutes
