Bansalan (Philippines, 66 km NW of epicenter) : Felt it here in Bansalan. Twice & quick (reported through EMSC)  
Santa Maria (Philippines, 33 km N of epicenter) : Strong swaying east-west for ~2 seconds Then weaker and diminishing for maybe 6 seconds. Felt as if someone were pushing the house from the side. (reported through EMSC)
