Guayaquil / Light shaking (MMI IV) : It was a swinging shake that woke me up 4:28 a.m., October 7th, according to my clock. It woke me up and lasted several seconds. It might have seem longer since this is an antisismic building.However I could tell from the noise and duration that it was a quake and not a truck passing by.
