Bellingham, WA / MMI IV (Light shaking): Approximately 10:00am PST I was in my apartment on the 4th floor of my apartment building when my daughter and I felt a mild shaking that gradually increased in intensity and then abruptly stopped. The vibration lasted approximately 10-15 seconds. There were no large vehicles passing on the street at the time.
