Anchorage. 4th floor hotel, which was also the top / MMI IV (Light shaking): My alarm had just gone off, was in the snooze zone. I felt a light movement, as if lightheaded. Then, I realized it was the building moving a bit, and could almost "feel" a sort of "grumbling" sound. After about two or three seconds, there was a sharp, sudden jolt with about one-two seconds of movement and settling down.
