"I felt it" reports:
Virac / MMI III (Weak shaking)
PaoayPA / MMI II (Very weak shaking)
Pasuquin,, Ilocos Norte, Philippines (51.1 km SE from epicenter) [Map] / MMI III (Weak shaking): shacking for about 5 to 10 seconds (via app)
Laoag City (Philippines) (11 km NW from epicenter)(no details): Duration was about 10 seconds. There was a shaking for about 5 seconds, then what felt like an echo coming back and shaking less violently. I have noticed this echo effect with earthquakes previously. I wonder if it bounces off of the plate and comes back weaker. Have never noticed this effect in California quakes. (via EMSC)
