"I felt it" reports:
Shelbyville / MMI III (Weak shaking)
Smyrna Tennessee / not felt
Harriman / MMI III (Weak shaking)
Kodak, Tennessee / MMI III (Weak shaking): Cords hanging from tvs mounted on the walls was shaking. Just constant shaking for about what seemed 3 minutes but we was scared.
Madison, tn / MMI II (Very weak shaking): Was awake at about 4 am due to alarm. Short shaking. Felt like when they set off explosives.
Asheville / MMI IV (Light shaking)
Blount County, Seymour, TN / not felt: I heard it. It rumbled like thunder - but this time I knew it was an earthquake. The news reported it 3 hours later.
(332.2 km SE from epicenter) [Map] / MMI II (Very weak shaking): At 5:43AM felt two rounds of vibrations while laying in bed
East Ridge / MMI II (Very weak shaking): I felt it while cleaning out my closet. (I work third shift)just a slight rumble not even really shaking

Maryville (United States of America) (3 km S from epicenter)(no details): It was like a rumbling from far away that came and went quickly. My walls shook for just a moment. I was alarmed and startled, wondering what it was at first. (via EMSC)
