baybay city leyte / Very weak shaking (MMI II) : i was just sitting on the floor as i was doing my niece's school project when i suddenly felt the shaking. right away i knew that it was an earthquake. its so quick but still made my heart beat faster that its normal beating
ormoc city / not felt : nag lingkod ko sa lingkuranan alas 7:35pm sa simbahan sa dako.mga tawo mga maldito;ug mga patakag istorya mamatay unta mga lagas.
Ormoc city / Light shaking (MMI IV) : I was watching a movie then suddenly my bed shook. When the earthquake started, I really felt the vibration and heard the sound of my bed. So we lightly ran outside of the dormitory.

Hotel Don Felipe / Strong shaking (MMI VI) : 10 seconds of shacking doors and windows rattling followed by 30seconds of building swaying. I was on the 6th floor of hotel don Felipe and my room sustained crack damage in the walls by the window frames. The floor now also moves when you step or jump. Hotel staff could not care less , did not inspect my damage and would not even give a refund. Never stay at this hotel.
Milagro / Weak shaking (MMI III) : I was lying on the bed with my toddler when our bed shook.. It happened twice like 5-10mins apart. I thought my son was the one shaking the bed buy there was also a dragging sound similar to a truck passing by.

Isabel, Leyte 11 degrees N. 124.5 degrees E. - Mar (2.7 km SW of epicenter) [Map] / Moderate shaking (MMI V) : Started as if a large truck going by on highway, 6 or 7 seconds later intensified, I was about to be alarmed when the shaking stayed moderate for about 10 seconds, then decreased. Whole incident less than 39 seconds, but felt like a 5, not a 4.
Ormoc City, Leyte (10.2 km WSW of epicenter) [Map] / Light shaking (MMI IV) : The whole house shook and the windows were rattling. I was in the second floor and ran downstairs to get out. It only lasted for a minute or two.
