Portsmouth / not felt : I was on a boat. Didn't feel the shaking, but some big swell sets appeared Out of nowhere. After 2-3 everything quiet again
I sailed past this exact spot -2 hours prior ur ti / not felt : I saw water fountains approx 6to 8 ft about a 5 m radius I did not feel the shake as I was on my yacht Whit foaming water small explosions And big bubbles on the surface
