Eureka / Moderate shaking (MMI V) : Strong shaking. Bookshelves and pictures swaying. Floor lamps rocked back-and-forth. Lasted about 25 seconds with two shocks during that period of time. Lighter quick followed about 10 minutes later.

Fortuna (36.1 km NE of epicenter) [Map] / Strong shaking (MMI VI) : Was surprised by magnitude, 5.2 as felt much stronger. 1st time my phone signaled an Earthquake Alarm, it sounded during the last moments of the shaking.

Fortuna (34 km NE of epicenter) [Map] / Strong shaking (MMI VI) : Felt light rolling, then heard it and then 3 large shakes followed by lesser rolling. Animals were running and most hanging item in house swayed, nothing toppled over. No damage observed, but heard cracking in house.
