Irvine, California 92618 / Very weak shaking (MMI II) : I live on 4th floor (3rd flr from street level), sitting on the couch. I definitely felt this shake. I had to wait a couple seconds to confirm it was an earthquake. I felt i little vibration, then a rumbling shake but also felt a little dizzy for just a moment so maybe it was also a rolling wave as well. I also felt the aftershock.
43559 Sentiero Drive; Indio, Ca / Strong shaking (MMI VI) : Initially, there was a sound and slight movement for a few seconds. Then there was intense shaking of the entire house for 5-10 seconds. This was one of the three biggest (last one this big was 1989 Loma Prieta when I was in the SF East Bay) of the many quakes I have ever felt. It is the only one where a sound accompanied (in this case, preceded) the large shock. But despite the intensity, I have found nothing damaged nor moved in the house.

Desert Hot Springs / Light shaking (MMI IV) : As normal, the Quake caught me by surprise. I was laying on the bed with the wundow open and the floor beneath me began to shake strongly and I heard the rumbling outside. It lasted for a few minutes but then quickly stopped. Very Thankful that No one was hurt and nothing was damaged.
