At home / Weak shaking (MMI III) : I was sleeping but something felt shaking when i got to my sense and woke up it had already passed but people outside were shouting and dogs were barking
Kathmandu, Boudha / Weak shaking (MMI III) : There were two minor consecutive tremors. The first one lasted 1-2 secs, with a pause in between, followed by another 2-3 secs tremors. I was in bed, and the bed vibrated as if from within or from the floor upwards. Friend sleeping in other room same floor (4th) besides, didn’t feel anything. Two other friends on 3rd and 2nd floor felt tremors in their sleep.
Kathmandu / Moderate shaking (MMI V) : I was sleeping while suddenly I woke up and felt bed shaking as well as the trees outside, birds were chirping from the trees too, I had no idea what was happening but later knew that it was a light quake but for a longer period and suddenly it stopped, but non of the 3 other member of my home woke up, so they didn't know the quake because they had just slept and had gone for a deep sleep already, as it had been few hours since they slept.
