Duhok (204.8 km SSW of epicenter) [Map] / Weak shaking (MMI III) : Lots of sway.  
Salmas / Strong shaking (MMI VI) : It was shaking so bad that I could not move! Almost every neighbor felt it and ran outside home. It lasted for a long time and things like light bulbs were shaking for a few minutes after it finished. Horrible!
