Taipei (Taiwan, 56 km NW of epicenter) : My elevated notebook shook and I felt a little dizzy but could not find or hear any other evidence of a quake while on the 9th floor in Neihu district in Taipei. (reported through EMSC)  
Taoyuan (Taiwan, 70 km NW of epicenter) : Just a couple seconds of slight shaking (reported through EMSC)  
Banqiao (Taiwan, 58 km NW of epicenter) : Small rumble in office in 14 floor in Zhonghe (reported through EMSC)
