villamil playas / Weak shaking (MMI III) : just went to bed...felt bed shake
Canoas (10.2 km SW of epicenter) [Map] / Moderate shaking (MMI V) : Lots of shaking lasting only a half minute. Epicentre very close to me within 20 km.
Cuenca, Ecuador (176.3 km ENE of epicenter) [Map] / Moderate shaking (MMI V) : Rolling shake lasting 5+ seconds. Computer monitor and chair shook, then I noticed office plant swaying. Nothing fell off shelves. (Note that I have lived in San Francisco, Calif for most of the last 60 years, and have felt many quakes there). We are on 5th floor in 'el Centro' of Cuenca.
Mancora / Moderate shaking (MMI V)
Guayaquil (Ecuador, 212 km NE of epicenter) : Felt slight rocking in building back & fourth (reported through EMSC)
