Beaver Utah (22 km ENE of epicenter) [Map] / Moderate shaking (MMI V) / complex rolling (tilting in multiple directions) / 2-5 s : Was sleeping on deck at 9600 ft near Eagle Point Resort in Beaver Utah. Felt a strong initial shake and thought wind, but there was no breeze, it shook for approximately 3-4 seconds.
