near Beeswing (11.8 km SSE of epicenter) [Map] / not felt / 5-10 s : Loud rumbling, rolling noise which was clearly heard by two people inside a double-glazed stone-built house. Sounded like a GIANT boulder sliding down a rocky slab.
Torthorwald, Dumfries / not felt / rattling, vibrating / 2-5 s : A bang and then a rumble - lasted a few seconds. I thought it was a tractor from the plant nearby me, that had hit something. Quite surprised to hear it was an earthquake.
28.2 km SW of epicenter [Map] / Very weak shaking (MMI II) / 1-2 s : Low rumble which I disregarded until news report on radio
