Tauranga Bay / Light shaking (MMI IV) : very unusual for this part of the country. First quake we have felt in 17+ years in the Far North. | One user found this interesting.
Kerikeri (54.4 km S of epicenter) [Map] / Very weak shaking (MMI II) / single lateral shake / 1-2 s : The house shook and it felt/sounded like a truck had driven into the house.
